Tangents Directors and its partners have acquired a future near 220 lot residential project located in the first stage of the East Wanneroo Structure Plan area. The Directors identified and negotiated the opportunities and intend to commence development upon completion of the Local Structure Plan, forecast in 2024. The on-completion value of the project is estimated to be around $70m.
